πΆ Today the MSR Elementary Campus was treated to a special violin performance by the exceptionally talented Kerson Leong. πΆ
Following his amazing concert at Darke Hall on Sunday, Kerson Leong stopped by this morning to share his love for music with our students and to play selections from some of his favourite composers. Our students experienced the music of Bach, Beethoven, and Mozart while also learning about the violin and its history. π»

πOn Wednesday, MSR Elementary had an ambassador from the Terry Fox Foundation come to visit! We learned more about Terry Foxβs legacy, and we were so inspired for our run the following day! Our students set personal goals to achieve on their Terry Fox Run on Thursday morning and they worked very hard to meet and even exceed them!

Today was MSR Elementaryβs Track and Field Day 2025π
Our school took on Douglas Park for an exciting morning of running, jumping, and throwing!
Thank you to our teachers and staff for running the events and to our amazing students who worked so hard and tried their best on every activity! You all did amazing work! π

Students at the Pasqua campus are learning about Michif language! My Little MΓ©tis Sleepy Horse was written and illustrated by Leah Marie Dorion with Michif translation by Irma Klyne and Larry Fayant! The students are learning names of animals and preparing art projects to display in the classroom! π» π’

In honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Montessori School of Regina is proud to partner with True North Aid to collect new school supplies for students at St. Pascal School in Green Lake, Saskatchewan, a remote Indigenous community with limited access to essentials.
